Yifei will join the Shanghai office as an Associate. Yifei is a licensed attorney in the PRC. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investments, dispute resolution as well as the restructuring and insolvency matters. His clients include state-owned multinational investment management, financial services companies and leading PE/VC investors.
