The Seychelles Financial Services Authority introduces draft regulations under the Virtual Asset Service Providers

The Virtual Asset Service Providers Bill, 2024 (the VASP Bill), sets a comprehensive legal framework regulating virtual asset service providers (VASPs) in Seychelles and awaits implementation.
