Simon is a consultant in Appleby’s Seychelles office.
Prior to joining Appleby, Simon practised Seychelles corporate, finance and trust law and consulted to a large Seychelles trustee and corporate service provider; he has provided technical assistance to the Seychelles Government, including preparing the first draft of the International Corporate Service Providers Act 2003, Securities Act 2007, Foundations Act 2009, the International Business Companies Act 2016 and the Trusts Act 2021.
Simon wrote the Seychelles chapters of Private Foundations: A World Survey and The World Trust Survey, hardbacks published by Oxford University Press.
