Simon is a Consultant to Appleby’s Seychelles office. While he no longer practises law, he provides technical and business development support.
Prior to joining Appleby, for over twenty years Simon practised Seychelles corporate, finance and trust law and consulted to a leading Seychelles corporate and trustee service provider; and assisted the Seychelles Government with preparing the first draft of a range of legislation.
Simon wrote the Seychelles chapters of Private Foundations: A World Survey and The World Trust Survey, hardbacks published by Oxford University Press.
