Bio
Holly is a corporate paralegal within Appleby’s Jersey Corporate Practice where she works alongside our team of specialist advisors on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, private equity structures, and corporate finance.
She provides support to local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, financing transactions, regulatory law, as well as technical listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) including standard debt and equity, and high yield bond listings.
Holly also has experience working with our fiduciary services team, having completed a 5-month secondment, and prior to joining Appleby she achieved a Master’s in Law, spent 18 months working as a Trade Mark Assistant and a number of years working in Australia.
