Appleby Hong Kong Announces Counsel Promotion
Appleby is delighted to announce the promotions of Alejandra Gonzalez Saucedo and George Mallis to Counsel in its Hong Kong office, effective 1 October 2026.
Alejandra is a member of Appleby’s Corporate department, specialising in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and SPAC transactions. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has played an important role in advising clients on a range of cross-border corporate matters across the Asia region.
George is a member of Appleby’s Dispute Resolution department and advises clients on complex litigation, arbitration, insolvency and shareholder disputes. He has extensive experience acting for financial institutions, investment funds, listed companies and private clients in high-value contentious matters.
These promotions reflect Alejandra’s and George’s outstanding contributions to the firm, their commitment to delivering exceptional client service, and their important role in strengthening Appleby’s Corporate and Dispute Resolution practices across Asia.
