Appleby recently advised its long-standing client, Brazil’s Banco Bradesco, on the issuance and offering of USD750 million 6.5% senior notes due 2030 (“Notes”).

The Notes were issued through the bank’s Grand Cayman branch under its USD10 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. Banco Bradesco is one of the largest private sector commercial banks operating in Brazil. The Appleby team was led by partner, Caroline Barton and senior associate, Appolina Winton.
