Karolina is an associate within the Corporate Practice Group in the British Virgin Islands. She advises on public and private M&A, general corporate, regulatory and banking and finance matters.
Prior to joining Appleby, Karolina worked as a paralegal at Baker McKenzie, London and as a chartered legal executive and subsequently as an associate at Clyde & Co, London. Karolina gained a wide range of general corporate experience during her time in London.
