Bio
Gerald is an Associate in the Corporate department at our Jersey office. Gerald has experience advising clients from early-stage start-ups to established listed companies on complex corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, and equity capital markets.
He joined Appleby in October 2025 after completing his training contract at an international law firm in Hong Kong, where he developed an understanding of the regulatory frameworks and cultural nuances in Asian markets.
Gerald is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
