Diana Draksic

Diana is a Senior Paralegal in the Resolutions Dispute Group in the Cayman Islands, bringing over 17 years of experience across multiple areas of legal practice. She provides high‑level support on complex dispute matters, with a strong focus on case management, regulatory coordination, and litigation support in offshore jurisdictions.

Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, Diana worked at large international law firms in Toronto, Canada, where she developed broad experience spanning commercial litigation, family law, employment and labour law, insurance defence, and tort claims. This background has given her a well‑rounded, practical approach to dispute resolution and client service.

Diana moved to the Cayman Islands in April 2025 and joined a leading offshore law firm as a Corporate Paralegal, assisting with a wide range of corporate matters. Her work included the formation and administration of companies, trusts, and foundations, as well as supporting local licensing and regulatory requirements. This dual disputes and corporate experience allows Diana to bring valuable commercial insight to complex legal matters.
