Andrew is an Associate in the Corporate department in the Cayman Islands.
Andrew has experience in a wide variety of debt and M&A transactions, including leveraged finance, public and private M&A, infrastructure finance, distressed debt and special situations, corporate finance, margin loans, crypto-backed loans, high yield bonds, private placements and ABLs.
Prior to joining Appleby, Andrew was an associate at the London office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and at Arthur Cox, in Dublin.
