Kelly focuses her practice on a range of corporate and commercial transactions for public and private companies and investment firms. She has experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, regulatory compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies, debt capital market transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. She also has experience in advising clients on financial services regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Appleby, Kelly worked for a leading US law firm in Hong Kong.

Kelly is native in Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin, which enable her to work closely with our wider global team and provide advice on Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands law matters in the Asia time zone.
