Appleby is pleased to announce that it acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Crane Harbor Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, in its recently announced business combination with Xanadu Quantum Technologies Inc. (Xanadu). a leading innovator in photonic quantum computing. The transaction values Xanadu at approximately US$3.6 billion and will result in the creation of the first and only publicly traded pure-play photonic quantum computing company.


Appleby acted as legal advisor on the Cayman Islands aspects of the transaction, drawing on its extensive experience in cross-border SPAC mergers and capital markets transactions.
