Sebastian is an Associate* in the Corporate practice group in the British Virgin Islands. Sebastian’s practice involves advising on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance. He has client experience in a broad range of areas, with a focus in the technology, fintech and media sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian was an Associate in the Corporate team at a large regional firm in Buckinghamshire and Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP in London.
*He has yet to be admitted to the BVI Bar.
