Rawan Hussein is an Associate in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office. Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Rawan joined Appleby in 2025. Prior to joining Appleby, Rawan practiced at a Canadian law firm, where she advised clients on corporate re-structuring, commercial agreements and general corporate governance matters.

Qualifications & Education
Rawan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo, in Canada. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
