Bio

Paul is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the Cayman Islands.

Paul advises multinational corporations, sponsors, investment funds and investors on cross-border corporate transactions. His practice includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate restructuring and private capital matters.

He has advised on transactions ranging from mid-market investments to multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, divestments and carve-outs involving Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.

Before specialising in corporate work, Paul served as Deputy Public Prosecutor and Special Assistant to the Minister for Law in Singapore, where he worked on litigation and public policy matters. He later practiced commercial litigation in England and was recognised by Legal 500 UK as a Next Generation Partner from 2019 to 2022.

This combination of public-sector, commercial disputes and transactional experience gives him a distinctive perspective on legal strategy and execution.

Paul is admitted in the Cayman Islands, New York, England & Wales and Singapore.

Paul is admitted to the Cayman Islands Bar in May 2026. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (non-practicing), Singapore (non-practicing) and New York (non-practising).
