Bio
Nicole joined the Corporate team in Jersey as a paralegal in 2025. She assists on corporate and commercial matters, including banking and asset finance law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and listing services.
Before joining the firm, Nicole completed internships at an accountancy and business advisory firm, as well as with the Government of Jersey. After graduating from Nottingham University, she completed a postgraduate diploma in law.
