Billy Li joined Appleby in June 2001 as Legal Assistant and was promoted to Senior Legal Assistant in June 2006.
Billy regularly advises major banks, financial institutions and law firms on three jurisdictions (Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law) in connection with bi-lateral and syndicated loan transactions.
The scope of her work include company search information, advising on security perfection requirements, actively assists in the co-ordination, preparation of legal opinions, registering and/or de-registering charges in Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.
