China Everbright Greentech is a Chinese specialty environmental protection service provider, with a focus on the biomass and hazardous waste treatment industries. They have a leading position in these markets with the fourth largest aggregate biomass power generation designed capacity and the third largest aggregate hazardous waste disposal designed capacity in China as of 31 December 2016 for projects in operation, under construction and at the planning stage, according to Frost & Sullivan.The proceeds from the offering are mainly for developing its business in China, research, development and acquisitions of advanced technologies, general working capital and other corporate purposes.
Able Engineering Holdings Limited, is a well-established group in the construction industry with a 40 year long history in Hong Kong, who provide building construction services to customers from both the public and private sectors. The majority of the proceeds from the offering will be used for the expansion of its building construction as well as repair, maintenance, alteration and additional business in Hong Kong. This includes the maintenance and increase of its employed capital and working capital for future projects in the public sector, as well as payment of any upfront costs.
Sheng Ye Capital Limited is a Shenzhen based enterprise financial services provider. Sheng Ye Capital specialises in offering accounts receivable financing amongst other solutions, mainly in the energy, construction and medical sectors in China. The proceeds from the offering are primarily for expanding its factoring operations, repaying a portion of its outstanding loan from a financial institution, developing its online factoring platform to support its factoring services and upgrading financial reporting systems.
BGMC International is a construction services company based in Malaysia. The Group will use the proceeds from the offering to finance various prospective construction projects including the acquisition of additional machinery and equipment for the purpose of long term savings as general working capital.
Royal Deluxe Holdings was established in 1994 as a major subcontractor in formwork business. The proceeds from the offering will be used for the initial funding of an existing formwork works project in Hong Kong, acquisition of office premises, investment of a new information system to streamline management processes and enhance overall efficiency, whilst also undertaking the repayment of some outstanding loans and finance leases and general working capital.
