Judy Lee has been recognised for her specialism in various capital markets and corporate matters including IPOs and note issuances as well as finance and investment transactions. The guide highlighted that “Judy is a leading lawyer in the offshore law arena.”

Eliot Simpson has been commended by the guide that he has extensive experience handling all manner of commercial litigation, particularly in relation to shareholding disputes, privatisation processes and restructuring and insolvency cases.

Marc Parrott has been highlighted that he is adept at handling both open-ended and closed-ended fund formations that have Cayman Islands elements, with a client commenting that “Marc thoroughly understands the legal work and handles the job very effectively.”
