Women Leaders recognises the leading female transactional lawyers in the world. These lawyers have impressive track records and are consistently recommended by clients and peers for the quality of their advice and service.

Each year, the IFLR1000 undertakes research evaluating lawyers and firms on the basis of transactional experience and market feedback. During the research process, the teams in Hong Kong, London and New York evaluate thousands of submissions and survey data of thousands of client referees and peers, and conduct hundreds of interviews before nominating individuals for Women Leaders.

Commenting on the recognition, Judy said “I am proud to have been recognised in this list for the second year in a row. It is gratifying to be listed amongst these female global leaders and in particular to be the only offshore lawyer to have been included in the Asia Pacific region. As a firm that has a global network, we are a naturally diverse organisation. Females account for more than half of the business as a whole, which is similarly reflected across our senior lawyers and other leaders.”
