Christopher Cope is a partner in the Dispute Resolution department in the Isle of Man. Prior to joining the firm Christopher practised as a barrister for 10 years. In 2001 he relocated to the Isle of Man and joined the firm and was appointed as a partner in 2004.
According to Legal 500 UK 2016, Appleby is "highly regarded" for its insolvency litigation work in the Isle of Man. Christopher is commended for being a ´Leading Individual´ in the same directory from 2016 to 2018.
He is named as a ´Leader in his Field´ by Chambers UK 2014 to 2017. Chambers UK 2016 said Christopher "is very bright and unflappable. I think he has a good, measured approach." In Chambers UK 2017 Christopher is hailed as "real heavyweight" and "an excellent commercial litigator".
