Kirstin is an experienced paralegal in the Appleby property practice, with an extensive proven track record of successful real estate acquisition, disposal and financing transactions. Complimenting her core real estate and finance experience, Kirstin has also managed local business licensing applications and high net worth immigration applications for key clients.
Prior to moving to Appleby, Kirstin held roles at two other law firms in the Cayman Islands where she developed an excellent reputation amongst clients and contemporaries of competence, precision, professionalism and being excellent to work with.

Qualifications & Education
Kirstin brings over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate from both Canada and the Cayman Islands. In addition to her paralegal certification in 2016, Kirstin earned a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a strong focus on conveyance and contract liability in 2021.
