Aleisha Hollis is a Senior Associate in Appleby’s Corporate department, having joined in 2025. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on insurance and reinsurance.
Prior to joining Appleby, Aleisha practiced at another Bermuda law firm, advising clients on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including cross-border corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, relocations, Bermuda Stock Exchange Listings, insurance and compliance and regulatory matters.
