Abigail Bird

Abigail is an Associate* in the Corporate practice group in the British Virgin Islands. She has experience in a broad range of company matters, including mergers & acquisitions,
private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and business start-ups.

Abigail has worked with a diverse client base ranging from multinational PLCs to mid-sized privately owned companies and has advised across multiple sectors such as retail,
real estate, finance and technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Abigail was an Associate in the Corporate team at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and also gained corporate and commercial
experience at large regional firms in the UK.
