Richard Grasby receives STEP Founder’s Award for outstanding achievement

STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is the leading global professional body for specialists in trusts, estates and wealth planning. Its members help families plan for the future by drafting wills and trusts, administering estates, acting as trustees and advising on how best to structure assets for long‑term protection and compliance.
The Founder’s Award is among STEP’s most prestigious honours, recognising members who have demonstrated exceptional, long-term dedication to the Society. It is reserved for individuals whose contributions go far beyond what is typically expected of a volunteer.
Richard received this award in recognition of his sustained commitment to STEP through leadership roles in Hong Kong and on global committees. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening STEP’s presence across Asia, bringing in leading speakers and delivering highly regarded conferences that enhance STEP’s reputation worldwide.
