Jennifer and Kyle have been trainees with top tier law firm Appleby throughout their period of articles and have subsequently joined the firm as newly promoted Associates after being sworn in as Isle of Man Advocates this week.
Jennifer was sworn in on 16th February. Jennifer graduated from Bangor University with an upper second class Law degree via the two-year degree scheme, having previously achieved a First Class degree in English Language. She later completed a Masters in Law in Legal Practice at the University of Law, Chester. In September 2018, she joined the firm as a Trainee, and after completing her two-year period of articles, she joined Appleby’s Corporate team. She continues to gain a broad range of corporate experience, specialising in banking and asset finance work.
Kyle was sworn in on 17th February. Kyle graduated from Manchester Metropolitan with an upper second class honours in History, before achieving a commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law, followed by a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Manchester. He then gained experience in the legal team at a local egaming firm for two years, before joining Appleby as a Trainee. After completing his period of articles, Kyle joined the Dispute Resolution department at Appleby, where he undertakes a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Kyle has joined Appleby’s Dispute Resolution team whilst Jennifer has joined the firm’s Corporate team.
