Yuni Mu is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Appleby’s Shanghai office.
Yuni advises on cross‑border corporate transactions, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance matters, with experience spanning China and the United States. She has worked extensively on corporate transaction documentation and regularly advises on regulatory and governance issues, supporting clients in achieving their commercial objectives.
Prior to joining Appleby, Yuni gained experience in both in‑house and private practice roles in China and the United States. She is a native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English, with basic proficiency in German (B1).
