Nell Huang is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Appleby’s Shanghai office.
She advises PRC and international clients on cross-border disputes and corporate matters, as well as regulatory compliance. Nell has extensive experience assisting with complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, IP disputes, and product quality and regulatory issues spanning the US, Europe and China.
Prior to joining Appleby, Nell gained experience at leading PRC law firms and research institutions. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
