Crystal joined Appleby in 2021 as a member of the Dispute Resolution team and specialises in cross-border disputes, trust disputes, enforcement of debts and securities, and advising clients on mitigating litigation risks and corporate governance matters. Crystal is admitted as a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands, the High Court of Hong Kong (non-practicing), and in England & Wales. As one of the few BVI qualified litigators with Chinese capability, Crystal has extensive experience in handling disputes arising out of the PRC, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Ida joined Appleby in 2022 as a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring team and specialises in cross-border contentious and non-contentious restructurings, having a broad range of experience, advising creditors and debtors on restructuring and insolvency issues both in and outside of court proceedings.  Ida is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and the Netherlands (non-practicing). Ida has worked with teams from various jurisdictions on complex cross-border matters and has experience in dealing with various types of finance instruments, structures and documents. Ida is also a fellow of INSOL International.
