Appleby’s Shanghai office is the newest addition to the Appleby Group.  Our specialists in Shanghai offer a fully integrated fiduciary and administration service. The team here works alongside a global team operating from the BVI, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mauritius and the Seychelles.

Our services include Company Incorporations, Fund Administration, Private Client Trust and Wealth Administration, Employee Share Plans and Captive Insurance Administration.  Our China team acts for a broad range of private and institutional clients, including PRC-based and international fund managers, private banks, Hong Kong and China-based incorporation agents, Asia-based listed companies and high net worth individuals.

Members of our China team are conversant in English, Japanese, Cantonese, Putonghua and other Chinese dialects.

Appleby Shanghai opened in April 2012. The opening was marked by a special event, attended by Ambassador Le Gall from the Republic of the Seychelles and other dignatories.
