We do not attempt to cover everything: we have selected decisions that we think will be of wider interest, because they change or clarify the law, deal with an issue for the first time or, for example, deal with a point that may arise in other jurisdictions. Even on that selective basis we cover some 50 decisions, ranging from first-instance interlocutory decisions, all the way through to decisions of the Privy Council. They include some interesting cases on litigation funding, schemes of arrangement, directors’ duties, mistakes in trust administration and many other topics. The summaries are organised into five broad areas: Civil Procedure; Companies, Insolvency and Restructuring, Fund Disputes and Trust Disputes.
