We have experience of operating within a regulatory environment across our business and can offer assistance in relation to ongoing compliance issues as well as structuring compliance functions and preparing relevant procedures and manuals.

We are also vastly experienced in relation to AML/KYC/CDD compliance issues and can assist with all aspects of the compliance function from client take on to filing SARs.

Regulatory

Our knowledge and experience of advising banks, fiduciary service providers and other regulated businesses allows us to consider all aspects of regulated services. We can assist with regulatory applications for business licences, ongoing regulatory reporting and dealing with regulatory visits/inspections.

Corporate Governance

We have extensive experience of advising on corporate governance issues and can help clients ensure they are adopting a best practice approach.

Risk Management

We are able to advise on strategies to systematically mitigate risk within the business environment. Having recently been recommended ourselves for ISO27001 certification, we can assist others in attaining and maintaining this industry leading standard.

Substance

We can provide practical advice on how to structure businesses in order to seek to ensure compliance with the EU Code of Conduct Group’s requirements for the Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories to demonstrate “substance”.

Brexit

While there is still much uncertainty surrounding the outcome of Brexit most well run businesses are considering their options and strategies. We can assist with these and provide insight into what we are seeing across our global markets ensuring that businesses and their clients to minimise disruption.
