Zacharie Caudeiron is an associate within the dispute resolution practice group. He practises in commercial litigation including insolvency, restructuring and merger disputes.
Before joining Appleby in 2019, Zacharie was trained at another leading Cayman Islands law firm, and was called to the bar of the Cayman Islands. Zacharie also gained experience with 4 Stone Buildings, a top Commercial Chancery Barrister’s chambers in Lincoln’s Inn, London, where he completed his pupillage. During his training both in England and the Cayman Islands, Zacharie gained dispute resolution and insolvency experience by assisting in several high profile cases which involved cross-border insolvency matters and large-scale restructuring disputes. Additionally, Zacharie was involved in trust and traditional chancery litigation.
Zacharie is admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands and as a barrister in England and Wales (non-practising).
