Bio

Terence is an Associate within the Dispute Resolution department in the British Virgin Islands and a self-employed Barrister at 1 Chancery Lane, in London.

Prior to joining Appleby in October 2019, Terence had developed a broad commercial, civil and financial services regulatory practice. Whilst at the London Bar, he was instructed as sole counsel in the High Court, County Court and Regulatory Tribunals. Having conducted countless trials and interlocutory hearings, Terence brings with him substantial advocacy experience to the Dispute Resolution team.

He also has experience in large-scale litigation, having been instructed by the United Kingdom Government in one of the largest ever group litigations to have been brought against the state.

Terence is admitted to the Bar of England & Wales and is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association.
