Lottie Dunn is a conveyancing manager within the Property department in Jersey. With over twenty years of experience she has dealt with all manner of property transactions from development sites to first-time-buyer houses and apartments. While Lottie has dealt with commercial development and retail property, she specialises in residential conveyancing. She frequently represents either lenders or borrowers with regard to residential mortgages and associated financial issues.
She joined Appleby in 1995. Prior to this she had travelled extensively, working in a number of jurisdictions such as Europe, Asia and Australasia.
Lottie is a member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers.
She is also fluent in French.

- Advising on property issues relating to residential properties, first-time buyer properties, flying freehold apartments and agricultural land
- Advising clients in relation to their residential financing and re-financing
