Kit Cunningham is an associate in the Corporate department of Appleby´s Bermuda office practicing in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including finance, insurance, public and private M&A, digital asset business and technology, intellectual property, and aviation.
He was called to the Bermuda Bar in November 2016 and is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee, and has acted on a pro bono basis for various Charities in Bermuda.
Kit completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School London, and his Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) at the University of Buckingham. Prior to completing his legal qualifications, he acquired a BA degree from Dalhousie University in International Development & Economics.
