John is an associate in Appleby’s Dispute Resolution Department.
Prior to joining Appleby, John was a litigation associate in another Bermuda law firm where he represented clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. He has regularly appeared before the Magistrates’ Court, Supreme Court and statutory tribunals. His breadth of knowledge enables him to be versatile and provide clients with timely and sound advice.
In addition to being admitted in Bermuda, John has also been admitted in England and Massachusetts.

Mr Hung was an advisor to the founders and was involved in the establishment of their Bermuda Trusts. It is claimed that the Trusts are invalid under Bermuda law because the purposes are said to be for mixed charitable and non-charitable purposes and/or because of allegations of want of authority and/or undue influence;
