Craig Campbell is a Senior Associate within the Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. He is a commercial litigator who advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, with particular focus on trust disputes, inquiries and investigations and regulatory disputes.
Craig qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in March 2013 (currently non-practising) after training at Hogan Lovells International LLP in London. On qualification, he relocated to Jersey where he started his work as a commercial litigator, before joining Appleby in 2017.
Craig was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in March 2017.
Craig is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Jersey Law Society.
Recent cases include:
- Acting for an international fiduciary services provider defending claims of mismanagement of multiple Jersey Property Unit Trusts.
- Advising a high-net-worth family in relation to a dispute concerning a network of family trusts.
- Advising an international trust fund company in relation to breaches of Jersey’s sanctions regime.
