Candace is an Associate in Appleby’s Corporate Practice Group in the Cayman Islands.
Candace has experience advising on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, SPAC IPOs and SPAC M&As, joint venture formations, and other corporate law related matters. Candace also has experience advising on the structuring, formation, registration and licensing of open and closed ended investment fund structures in the Cayman Islands and their ongoing obligations under the Cayman Islands regulatory regime.
Candace advises clients from a wide spectrum of industries, including global financial institutions, multi-national banks and private equity companies.
Prior to joining Appleby, Candace was an Associate at another law firm in the Cayman Islands where she advised on all aspects of corporate, finance and investment fund matters.
