Bio
Candace is an Associate within Appleby’s Corporate Practice Group in the Cayman Islands.
Candace primarily advises on all aspects of the formation, structuring, launch and ongoing governance of investment fund vehicles, investment managers and advisers and other regulated entities. She also advises on the registration, reporting and annual filing requirements of all other regulated and non-regulated entities under various Cayman Islands reporting regimes.
In addition, Candace advises on a range of corporate and finance related matters, including secured and unsecured lending, securitization, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, migrations, liquidations, strike-offs and other corporate related matters.
Candace advises clients from a wide spectrum of industries, including global financial institutions, multi-national banks and private equity companies.
Prior to joining Appleby, Candace was an Associate at another law firm in the Cayman Islands where she advised on all aspects of corporate, finance and investment fund matters.
