The private client publication’s long-running Top 35 Under 35 initiative aims to identify, recognise, introduce and promote the rising stars of the private client community, whether they are lawyers, accountants, trustees or other professional intermediaries.
Camilla Cook joined Appleby in February 2017 and has worked with trustee and beneficiary clients to resolve a wide range of disputes including requests for trust information, applications for Hastings-Bass relief and equitable mistake applications to set aside the transfer of assets into trust. She has also advised in relation to cross-border and Guernsey insolvency matters. She has also assisted the Appleby corporate department with schemes of arrangement applications.
Anthony Williams, Local Group Head of Appleby’s Dispute Resolution department, commented “We are delighted that Camilla has been recognised as one of the rising stars of the private client community in Guernsey. Being included in this list is a major accolade and a well-deserved testament to the competence, ability and dedication shown by Camilla.”
