Appleby’s Bermuda, Cayman, Hong Kong, Isle of Man and Jersey offices have all been nominated in recognition of their achievement, expertise, innovation and service.
Now in their ninth year the Citywealth IFC awards were established to highlight the excellence of advisers and managers in the private wealth sector across the major international financial centres. Nominations are judged by an international panel of highly respected practitioners from all private wealth sectors covering all the jurisdictions, and are also supported by public votes.
Carlos de Serpa Pimental, Private Client and Trust Global Practice Group Head commented ‘We are pleased to receive the nominations from the Citywealth IFC awards panel which recognise the collective expertise of our highly experienced teams across our global jurisdictions and their ability to provide comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional expert advice at times most critical to our clients.
Appleby advise on all aspects of trust law, including the establishment, administration, restructuring and termination of private, charitable, and commercial trusts and foundations. We act in a personal capacity as Protector, Enforcer and Director (of Private Trust Companies) for a number of discretionary trusts and are frequently instructed by blue-chip trust institutions.
