Two of the firm’s Corporate partners will also be participating in this year’s conference. James Fox will be moderating the ‘Global Perspectives’ panel and Jeremy Berchem will be speaking on a panel entitled ‘When the Music Stops’. Appleby also contributes through its exclusive sponsorship of the official networking reception.

Simon Raftopoulos, Global Head of Private Equity and Partner in the Corporate Department, will be attending the conference. He commented, “Appleby has been deeply involved in this sector since its inception and we are delighted to contribute once again. Just looking at the growing number of attendees at this symposium speaks to the increased volume and level of transactions taking place in the fund finance sector, especially as we are seeing new lenders enter this space.”

“The sector has grown considerably over the past few years and we expect this trend to continue,” added Mr. Raftopoulos. Appleby continues to be a key member of the FFA and supports its efforts to educate and raise the profile of the funds finance industry.
