Gemma first joined Appleby in 2017 and has been a valuable asset to the corporate practice ever since. Gemma advises on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, corporate finance and banking law. Prior to joining Appleby, Gemma spent 8 years in the restructuring and insolvency team of a leading international law firm.
