The notes, guaranteed by Financial Street Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (Financial Street HK) were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The proceeds from the issue of notes will be used for general working capital.

Financial Street PRC is a leading property company based in Beijing, China with shares listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, focusing on the development, sale and leasing of high-end commercial properties.
