Our Jersey trust company has been in existence for over 30 years. In addition to general trust services, we offer employee benefit trusts, fund and corporate administration services including provision of directors, secretary, registered office, full administrative and accounting services. Also, our related entity, Appleby Securities (Jersey) Limited, provides listing services and is a listing sponsor for the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
Our fund administration services include property, private equity and investment funds structured in Jersey mainly as private, expert or listed funds. Our corporate and SPV administration services are provided to securitisation vehicles, repackaging SPVs, note, bond or commercial paper issuers, CDOs, CFOs and related types of vehicle, and general financing or structuring SPVs. This extends to the provision of charitable trustee services to orphan structures where required.
Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited manages over 700 entities and has over £5bn-worth of assets under administration. Corporate clients include Barclays, Threadneedle, Diageo, Nationwide, Marks & Spencer, Trinity Mirror, Land Securities and Focus DIY, as well as private clients in many jurisdictions.
The experienced and dedicated team at Appleby comes from varied backgrounds, including banking, accounting, law and corporate administration. All senior staff are professionally qualified with STEP, ICSA or other professional designations.
