Private Client & Trust Services

In general, our trust services include:
- Fiduciary Services: assisting clients with international and local estate planning, acting as Trustee of family, purpose, charitable trusts, pension and employee benefit schemes. In addition, we can serve as Executors in relation to the disposition of trusts, Trust Protectors and Enforcers.
- Administration: adding value in the administration of trusts and companies incorporated in our respective jurisdictions which have a relationship with a trust for which we act as Trustee. We often act as nominee to hold property for the beneficial owner, Escrow agent and Administrator of Private Trust Companies.
- Corporate Services: providing corporate clients with services, particularly in relation to setting up special purpose vehicles (“SPVs”) that fill a vital function in relation our clients’ corporate structures.
