Cameron Adderley is a partner and Global Group Head of the Corporate department across the Appleby Group. Cameron has a broad-based corporate and commercial practice which includes securities, mergers and acquisitions, financing and capital market transactions. Cameron has extensive experience advising on joint ventures using Bermuda special purpose vehicles, including the structure, governance and financing arrangements for such entities and transactions.
He has particular experience of the telecommunications sector having worked on a number of international telecommunications projects, (sub-sea fibre optic cable), including the structuring of joint ventures, financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Cameron is regularly ranked by Chambers Global as a 'Leader in his Field' for handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. He was recognised for leading Amgen’s financing transactions and being adept in telecommunication projects. Cameron is consistently recommended by Legal 500 Caribbean and is described as a “highly skilled lawyer who gives excellent Bermuda law advice.”
He was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1992 (non practising). He was admitted as a Barrister and lawyer in Bermuda in 1993 and most recently in BVI.
Cameron is also a member of the American Bar Association's Business Law division and M&A Subcommittee, and a member of the Bermuda Bar Association and The Law Society of England & Wales.
