In 2011 we closed transactions for most of the principal CLO underwriters in New York, using Cayman Islands issuers. Our experienced team comprises of lawyers based across several jurisdictions including Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mauritius and the Seychelles. Our depth is complemented by our global network which enables us to provide first-rate legal advice on structured transactions for clients seeking to carry out business in any of our offshore jurisdictions or transact business around the world.
