Appleby provides management and accounting solutions to meet the requirements of companies, trusts or insurers registered in our offshore jurisdictions. Our services range from simple annual financial statements to comprehensive management services on an outsourced basis.

Working closely with clients’ executive teams and their service providers ensures an integrated approach, deriving maximum benefit from local operations. To maintain a personal relationship, we appoint one of our professionally qualified accountants to be our client’s primary account manager and the first point of contact between their team and ours.

Our service areas include accounting services, company management, insurance company managers, consulting and other services, and incorporations.  

Clients select a specific range of services to suit their needs, which may include:

• Maintaining financial records - integrating with clients’ global systems if necessary
• Preparing financial statements and reports, and statutory reports and filings - liaising with external auditors as required
• Treasury and reconciliation services, including monitoring bank accounts, arranging payments, collecting receipts, moving balances to interest - bearing investment vehicles and arranging letters of credit
• Providing company officers or signatories to facilitate business operations in our jurisdictions and insurance managers and/or principal representatives for Bermuda, Mauritius or Cayman Islands registered captive insurers
• Registrar and transfer agent services – maintaining share registers and related records and liaising with other service providers
• Handling daily business activity and operations such as dealing with general correspondence, processing transactions, executing purchase orders, payroll, issuing invoices, reporting balances and coordinating communications (fax, telephone, news mailings, etc.)
