We act as liaison with the local regulatory authorities, advising and assisting clients with all financial recording and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

A professionally qualified accountant is assigned to each of our clients as primary contact to coordinate the services required to operate an efficient captive insurance company.

We have established relationships with local and global business service providers, banks and law firms, and are happy to work alongside the selected investment managers.

Our primary services include:

• Day-to-day administration of insurance documents, collection of premiums, payment of claims, investment management and premium calculation
• Producing periodic management accounts and information, allowing the monitoring of conformation with jurisdictional statutory requirements
• Producing annual financial statements
• Preparing the annual statutory financial return to be audited and filed within strict deadlines in the jurisdiction
• Providing officers and board members
• Liaising with the jurisdiction’s insurance regulators, claims adjusters, brokers and underwriters, and external auditors
• Selecting appropriate accounting software to stand alone or link with clients’ systems
